Our in house polo 6N
Suspension
This is our 6n polo build witch is running our custon coilovers and camber plates. It is running -11 degress of camber front and rear. We are currenty in the prosess of deigning a flat subframe for this platform. This will fit lupo, 6n, 6n2 and alow the car to be drivable at this hight.
Engine
The car started out as a 1L and has had a 1.4 AFH swap, that will be fitted with bike carbs. The engine and gearbox have been rasied by 25mm with our engine and box rasie kit, because of the new hieght of the engine and how low the car is we have notuched the frame rails on both sides to alow the drive shaft to pass though them.
steering
Because of the extra length of the botton arm the track-rods needed to be lengthen. For this we used are track-rod extenders couped with our track rod-end flip kit. These where used to help with bump steer and to give more clearence between the frame and the inner track-rods.
